In the plan you must clearly indicate each measurements, including pleace highlight the actual heights, columns or bearing walls. A clear a hard-made plare is fine ( see the exemple).
Further, you must indicate in the plant: -hand mode sketch is acceptable-
a) if your house is an appartment or is single family house;
b) the positions of the doors, windows and heating units;
c) indicate the geographic NORTH;
d) the positions of the drains and chimneys;
e) the best outdoor view;
- Explain your needs for the rooms and/or furniture distribution.
